Company Philips have added a new model of home, office LCD displays with market name Brilliance which is consideredto be environment friendly and cheap. Display with 56-cm diagonal is equipped with a infra-red sensor which detects people (PowerSensor) which switch on and off to standby mode (it drops the values of brightness and power) for lower energy consumption, whenthe user is away from the computer.
